Fastest 40 Yard Dash Times for Running Backs

It was no secret that the 2012 NFL Draft was lacking marque running backs, and that was emphasized when the backs invited to this year's NFL Combine took the field, and put up some less than impressive times.  While No.1 overall running back Trent Richards sat out of activities it was the perfect opportunity for someone else to step up and make a name for themselves.  That did not happen.  Most surprising was poor result that Oregon Duck speedster LaMichael James posted.

1) Lamar Millier Miami - 4.40

2) Ronnie Hillman  SDSTU - 4.45

2) LaMichael James Oregon - 4.45

2) Chris Rainey Florida - 4.45

5) Cyrus Gray Texas A&M - 4.47

With the NFL Combine in full swing in Indianapolis, there's plenty of scouts pouring over hours of footage, and dozens of measurements trying to quantify exactly how the 2012 class of NFL rookies stacks up.  We all heard about Robert Griffin's blazing 40-yard dash time, but he wasn't the only quarterback burning up the turf in Indy.

1) Robert Griffin III Baylor- 4.41

2) Russel Wilson UW-4.55

3) Jordan Jefferson LSU - 4.65

4) Andrew Luck Stanford - 4.65

5) Aaron Corp UR - 4.72

5) Jacory Harris Miami - 4.72

Pat Knight Goes Off at Press Conference Puts Dad to Shame

Pat Knight is Bob Knight's son, and while Pat has not experienced the success his father did while coaching college basketball, Pat certainly shares a short fuse and a knack for great press conferences.  This rant by Knight on his seniors is just epic.
