The Dallas Cowboys have resigned all Pro O-Linemen Larry Allen This will allow the big man to retire as a Dallas Cowboy and remain with the team that drafted him out of college. This will allow Allen to enter the Hall of Fame as a Cowboy once he is elected. He will also likely be honored in the Cowboys Ring of Honor.
Larry Allen will retire as the second most decorated player in Cowboys history. His 10 trips to the Pro Bowl is second only to defensive lineman Bob Lily. He was a consensus All-Rookie team selection in 1994 and the NFL Players Association’s pick for Offensive Lineman of the Year in 1996 and 1997.
It will be good to have Allen where he belongs back in a Cowboys jersey even if it is only for one day.
