According to a report that began to make the rounds yesterday, Indianapolis Colts wideout Marvin Harrison is accused of being involved in a shooting that took place at a Philadelphia bar that he owns. While the reports are still coming in and unclear at the very least, there is some strong evidence that can at least link Harrison to the situation.
Out of all the players in the NFL Harrison is one of the last ones I thought would be involved in an incident of this nature. Harrison is known for his quiet personality and his all business attitude on the field. This is what leads me to question rather or not he was really involved in the shooting. Yes, he was at the bar and he probably helped to throw some troublemakers out. It is his bar, and he has every right to do that. There is still no solid proof that he had anything to do with the firing of a gun. Till that comes across, I am going to give Harrison the benefit of the doubt and assume he is innocent. He was just unlucky to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and trying to protect his business establishment.
